ENGINEERING AND PROJECTS
We are an engineering firm which specialises in designs and projects for GAS heating processes, with the goal of saving energy by using gas directly.
Our human team has extensive experience and is responsible for designing, planning, manufacturing and supervising all stages of each unit, through to commissioning, user training and maintenance.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE
HERLOGAS offers its customers a Preventive Maintenance service in order to avoid unnecessary downtime whilst keeping the facilities in good working order. We achieve this through a specialised Technical Service and cutting-edge control tools.

COMMISSIONING
HERLOGAS provides a technical service for the commissioning of its products.
During commissioning we provide technical information manuals and offer training on how to handle and use the equipment for optimal performance.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
HHERLOGAS offers Technical Support which can be contracted yearly as of commissioning. This includes labour, expenses and callout costs, with an undertaking to deal with your problem within 48 hours.

WARRANTY
In the event of design, manufacture or assembly defects, HERLOGAS guarantees the replacement of all its products FREE OF CHARGE for 1 YEAR from delivery.
The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, tampering or lack of maintenance, in accordance with the schedule set out in the Use and Maintenance Instruction Manual provided with the equipment.
After the first year of warranty, an extended warranty can be contracted annually for up to 10 YEARS. This includes Preventive Maintenance and Technical Assistance, thus keeping HERLO equipment in optimal condition throughout its 10 years of working life.
